By using the FeelClear website, content, and any communications (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Safety and medical disclaimer

• The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical or mental health advice, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and is not therapy.
• No emergencies: the Service is not suitable for crisis or emergency situations. If you are in danger or think you may harm yourself or others, call your local emergency number immediately.
• Consult a qualified professional before starting breathwork, meditation, or similar practices, especially if you have cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns.
• Stop if you feel discomfort, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath. Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or in situations requiring full attention.

Account and app

When you create an account in the FeelClear app, you consent to receive service communications. See our Privacy for how we handle data.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with security or operations.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, or automated access beyond normal web indexing. No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by FeelClear or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

Third‑party services

We may rely on third parties (e.g., hosting, analytics, database). They do not control the Service. We are not responsible for third‑party sites or services.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee any outcome from using the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelClear and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeelClear from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Age

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16+.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post them here with an updated effective date.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules to the extent permitted. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use a different court or forum. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you retain any non‑waivable rights and forum options under local law.
