When emailing, include
- Device: iPhone model
- iOS version: Settings > General > About
- App version/build: in FeelClear, open Settings and scroll to the bottom (or look for “About”)
- Steps to reproduce: what you did, what you expected, what happened
- Connection: Wi‑Fi or cellular
- Attachments: screenshots or a short screen recording if relevant
Troubleshooting
AI session generation is not working
- Make sure you are online. AI features require an internet connection.
- Check Settings > Privacy > AI Data Sharing. If it is off, AI features are disabled.
- If it still fails, send us the details above and include the approximate time it happened.
Microphone or voice input is not working
- On iPhone, go to Settings > FeelClear and enable Microphone.
- If you denied permission before, enable it in Settings and fully close and reopen the app.
Sign in and syncing
- Sign in is optional. If you sign in, your preferences and session history can sync across devices.
- If you are not signed in, your data stays on your device. Deleting the app removes local data.
Subscriptions and billing
- If you subscribed via Apple, manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- If you see a billing issue, include a screenshot of your receipt or subscription screen (with any sensitive details hidden).

To request access to or deletion of synced app data, email hello@feelclear.me. Please include the email associated with your account (for Sign in with Apple, include the email shown in your Apple ID settings).
