Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist: email (required), name (optional), your selected area (need), time preference, consent. We also store locale, IP address, and user agent sent by your browser.
• Cookies/local storage: one HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure cookie for rate limiting (~15 minutes). Local storage saves your analytics choice and theme.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept in the banner. We also use Vercel Analytics (aggregate).

How we use data

• Provide the waitlist and early access emails you requested.
• Protect the service (rate‑limiting and abuse prevention).
• Improve the site (optional analytics; you can decline).

Legal bases

• Consent (emails, optional analytics).
• Legitimate interests (security/rate‑limiting, basic metrics).
• Compliance with law.

Sharing/processing

• Supabase (database/serverless), Google (GA4), Plausible, and Vercel (hosting/analytics) act as processors.

Retention

• Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after last interaction.
• Rate‑limit cookie: ~15 minutes. Local storage: until you clear it.

Your rights

Email hello@feelclear.me to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent.

International transfers

Data may be processed in your country and elsewhere with appropriate safeguards where required.

Children

Not intended for children under 16. If we learn we collected such data, we will delete it.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date.
